Step 1 - Are we a fit?
The initial consultation is where we understand your situation (what brings you in, what you have tried, what has and has not worked for you and what medications you are taking.). Then we will ensure that we are aligned on what it takes to create real change. This work requires showing up consistently—twice a week for at minimum 20 sessions (10 weeks) —and staying engaged with exercises between sessions. It's not for everyone, and that's okay. If you're ready to commit to your own growth at this level, we'll explore whether Neurofeedback/Biofeedback and Photobiomodulation can help you get to where you want to go.

Step 2 - The Brain Map
Your brain has a story to tell, and brain maps allow us to listen. With some help from technology we measure electrical activity across your brain to see where your brain is overpowered, underpowered, running too fast, or too slow . We're reading the actual patterns that explain why you've been struggling.

Step 3 - Training Protocol Design
Now that your brain has told us your story, we design a training protocol that speaks directly to what it needs. Think of it as creating a custom workout plan for your neural circuits—some need to power down, others need to fire up, and connections between parts of your brain need to strengthen. Every session is tailored to your brain's unique patterns, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Step 4 - Brain and Nervous System Training
This is where the real work happens. Using your brain map as our guide, we begin Neurofeedback sessions that teach your brain new patterns in real time. We accelerate the gains from this process integrating Biofeedback and Photobiomodulation. Biofeedback trains your nervous system's stress response, Photobiomodulation (targeted light therapy) supports improved blood flow and brain healing at the cellular level.
Between sessions, you'll work on lifestyle practices that reinforce your brain training—breathing techniques and movement practices that support your nervous system, and shifts in how you engage with your community and relationships. You will learn to take healthy risks that promote growth. It’s not busywork; it's how we make the changes stick.
Each 75-minute session builds on the last. Your brain learns to choose calmer, more focused states automatically. Most clients notice changes within the first few sessions—better sleep, clearer thinking, less reactivity (physical and emotional).

Step 5 - Progress Mapping (2nd Brain Map/QEEG)
After 20 sessions, we map your brain again to see exactly what's changed. This second QEEG Brain Map is included at no additional cost—it's how we track your progress objectively, not just subjectively.
No guesswork. You'll see the evidence of your brain's transformation in black and white.

Step 6 - Celebrate Your Success and/or Continue Training
At 20 sessions, we review your progress mapping results together. Some clients choose to continue training to solidify their gains or target new areas. Others have achieved their goals and are ready to maintain their progress independently.
You'll know exactly what you've accomplished and how to protect it.
